Thanks to everybody for making the BIGGEST, BADDEST HOME SALE EVER a HUGE success.

I’m happy to say that the buyer got an excellent deal on a great house, and we were very pleased with the results.

Keep in mind, this is a very tought real estate market.  Homes are sitting on the MLS with no action (ours was listed for 90 days with just 4 visitors).

But the Biggest Baddest Home Sale Ever generated TONS of traffic and a buyer in just over 3 weeks (it could have been shorter if we wanted).

Not only that, we had a huge moving sale and took in thousands of dollars selling off stuff we didn’t want to move.

I’ll tell you the number 1 concern people have about this house…

It backs up to TX56.  Not right to it.  We have a full acre and the road is pretty far back.  Just to clear the air, I want to show the world what it’s like.

Watch this video.  I’ll show you what what it sounds like inside and outside of the house.

There you have it.  As you can see, it’s really quite peaceful here.  That’s why we love it.  Did you hear all the birds, geese and animals.  That’s what makes this one of the top 10 best places to live in my book!

My job forces me to sell our house and move. I could list the house with the best Texas realtor, but I don’t have the time to wait.
